Adapt or Die
Last year my favourite movie had to have been ‘Moneyball’. Not because I’m a massive fan of Baseball but because I loved the idea of a small market team (Oakland Athletics) trying to take a swing at the big market teams (i.e. the New York Yankees). Since the movie is called Moneyball you can tell its laregly based on money and the idea of being smart with your cash. Part of the movie see’s the teams GM (Brad Pitt playing Billie Bean) come up against one of the head scouts who is unhappy about his decision to change things up. After a verbal spat Brad Pitt responds with the following quote: “Adapt or die”.
